Deverell Smith Recruitment is London's leading property recruitment specialist, providing staff of all levels to a variety of property businesses in London, the UK and abroad.

Founded in 2006, Deverell Smith Recruitment has rapidly grown to become the largest and most successful business in its space, and is seeking to continue its expansion into 2012 and beyond. To that end, the company is seeking to add a number of RESOURCERS to their various teams, to start in January 2012.

The Role

RESOURCERS are very much the life blood of a recruitment business.

The main function of a RESOURCER is to source suitable candidates for the vacancies being worked by the Consultants. Candidates are sourced using a variety of methods, including but not limited to database searching, advertising and headhunting.

Market mapping, information gathering and research are other important functions that RESOURCERS will be expected to discharge in order to strengthen Deverell Smith Recruitment's knowledge and therefore position in the industry.

Database administration will be another crucial element of the RESOURCER role. A strong database is key to Deverell Smith's success and as such maintaining the data's integrity through regular updates is essential.

The Individual

We are seeking confident, outgoing and bubbly individuals for this role, who are ambitious, hungry and sales/target driven and will be excited by the prospect of joining a young and vibrant company with a strong track record and extremely ambitious plans for expansion.

As the majority of the role will be telephone based, an excellent and confident telephone manner is essential and prior experience in telesales will be considered an advantage.

A high level of literacy and accuracy is also necessary as the role will involve a good deal of copy writing and administrative duties.

We are fairly flexible in terms of what experience is necessary, and we are willing to take on exceptional graduates. That said, individuals with sales and/or property experience will be considered favourably.

The role offers a great deal of scope for progression and we are looking for exceptional individuals who can be fast tracked to the position of 'Consultant' within months.
