Our client, a well know luxury brand in the London development worldrequires an experienced Customer Services Manager based on an award winning site in Central London.
The role will involve liaising with customers, contractors and internal staff to achieve exceptional results. It will involve building a strong relationship with purchasers from prehandover until 3 years post warrenty and defect period. The responsibilities will include, inspections, key handover, home demonstrations, proactive relationship building and efficient management of all defects and warranty issues.
The successful candidate must be working within a similar role with a developer/house builder. They must be immaculately presented as the role is very client facing. They will have excellent computer skills, be personable and driven to get the job done. Organisational skills are a must as is a can-do attitude.
