I am working with a client who are looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to run a new site launch in North West London.
We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Consultant who has good experience within New Homes and understands the entire New Homes process.

Your day to day would include:
- Meeting and greeting potential buyers
- Creating a rapport with your potential buyers and dealing with any questions or concerns.
- Conducting viewings and guiding your clients/buyers through the buying process and negotiating offers.
- You will be the face of your Marketing Suite and must make sure it is to an impeccable standard at all times.
What we need from you;
- Proven experience in New Homes Sales – this is a very fast paced environment so organisation and productivity are key!
- Proven experience of running a marketing suite
- Confident in closing sales
- Have the ability to create that relationship with potential buyers
- Ability to consistently meet targets and expectations
- Understanding of the who New Homes sales process
