Duties Include:
- Negotiating and handling deposits
- Dilapidation disputes
- (EPC’s, Gas safety, EICR’s)
- Occasional Inspections
Candidate Profile:
- Six months+ AST Property Management experience is highly desirable
- A confident manner and an outgoing personality
- A desire to learn and upskill
Offers:
- £25,000 – £30, 000 depending on experience
