In a lettings administrator job you will be handling all enquiries and clerical duties associated with residential lettings and property management. This includes processing tenancy applications and agreements, organising viewings, giving feedback to landlords, keeping applicants up to date, requesting references, preparing move-in files, uploading property details to websites and marketing the properties accordingly.
Suitable applicants will be quick learners who are organised with the ability to multi-task and juggle a diverse range of projects. You will also have to have strong communication and people skills to ensure you are providing excellent and efficient customer service at all time.
