Lifeworks is a mobile platform for “total employee wellbeing”, combining employee wellbeing advice, HR and internal communications, fitness challenges, rewards and recognition and perks. They go a step further than other platforms on the market by incorporating your employee culture and communications, rather like a mobile intranet and focus on your employees wellbeing coupled with your core values.
Employees can access the platform on phone. As they are predominantly a mobile tech business, the service they provide is on a fantastic app. Employers subscribe to the service and use the platform to drive HR and internal communication, core values and recognition. There is a analytics section giving employers data to help make informed decisions about their employees well being.
This is subscription based model.
We absolutely love the data and analytics, the platform is easy to use and the information is really valuable and interesting to help you track employee and team performance and make informed HR decisions to ultimately retain your employees and maximise their potential.
Employees have to sign up to the platform on their mobile, which means not all are guaranteed to do this.
Reward Gateway provide a service that allows companies of all sizes to make a bespoke hub based on what their company needs. They simplify employee communications and benefits by bringing it all together on one platform.
From the hub, available online and via app, you can access many areas. The hub can be tailored to your company’s needs and be any of the following of a combination: a benefits hub, a culture hub or a hub for reward and recognition.
The approximate cost for a benefit hub is £10,000 annually. If down the line you want to change to a different type of hub or adapt the existing hub this is included in this cost.
It is bespoke to each company and adding and removing content is very straightforward for the user.
Some offers, like Cineworld cinemas, seem to run out at times when they would be most used.
