Prior to starting at Deverell Smith, Harry studied Criminology at the University of Hull. Following his graduation he spent two and a half years at Foxton’s before moving to a stockbrokers which proved to be the move that re-affirmed his passion for property. Outside of the office Harry is a keen rugby player, after having to give up his weekends at Foxtons he was keen to get back in the mix and joined for The Old Blues who won promotion in the year he joined, Coincidence? Probably not.
Chelsea joined Deverell Smith in January 2017 as a Principal Consultant in Business Support for the Residential Development division. She is responsible for developing business and establishing strong relationships with some of the largest developers and consultancies throughout London.
She started her recruitment career in Perth, Australia, with a specialist IT recruitment company for 3 years before moving to London in 2012. Prior to joining Deverell Smith, Chelsea was a Senior Consultant and Team Lead for Business Support, recruiting and managing successful temp desks.
Chelsea is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time overseas discovering new experiences and cultures. She also loves the outdoors, particularly camping and fishing, and exploring new areas within the UK. Chelsea is a massive foodie, enjoys cooking and like most Aussies, loves a cold beer!
Kate is a Principal Consultant specialising in Town Planning, within the Land & Development team. She works with developers and consultancies to add value to their teams from Graduate up to Partner level. Kate started in recruitment in 2013 so has built up a large network of contacts in the market which she has brought to her role with Deverell Smith. Before recruitment, Kate worked on a graduate scheme and left university with a BA in Politics from Leeds. In her spare time Kate enjoys exploring London, catching the latest films and going to festivals.
After completing a degree in Business Management at The University of Sheffield, Anna went on to pursue a career in Events. Earlier this year, she made the transition over to recruitment and joined Deverell Smith as a Marketing Consultant. Anna specialising in placing candidates from Assistant through to Director Level with a background in marketing, communications and PR. Anna is a keen traveller and spent 5 month in South East Asia after university. In her spare time she enjoys discovering restaurants and bars in London and spending time with her friends.
Carly has worked in property since she was 18 years old and spent the beginning of her career as a New Homes Consultant in Perth Australia. In 2010 Carly moved to the UK and joined Deverell Smith where she has built an extensive network within the residential development and new homes market.
Carly is now a Director and runs the New Homes and Development teams, she is responsible for growing the business and delivering strategic recruitment solutions.
Kate is an excellent at her job.
