Kate is an excellent at her job. From the first point of contact, she asked all the right questions to establish exactly what role I was looking for, and using her knowledge and experience of the industry, recommended roles to me which would be suitable to what I wanted. I was constantly updated on how things were progressing and Kate’s ability to deliver rapid results and her assistance in the preparation for interviews at each role was outstanding. The end result is a fantastic role with an amazing company for which I have Kate to thank.
Carly has an unrivalled grasp of the property sector employment landscape. Professional, direct and discreet, Carly opened the door to an ‘off-market’ opportunity which fitted my challenging brief and suited me ideally. Without reservation I would recommend Carly to any senior level professional looking for a strategic transition
It was clear from when I had my first discussion with Thomas that he not only had a genuine interest and deep knowledge of the property industry itself but most importantly, he had every intention of finding the the most suitable job for me.
The process of Thomas providing me with essential information at stage 1 regarding the company to giving me vital interview tips at the final stage were invaluable throughout the recruitment process.
I went on to acquire a position at a firm that Thomas put me in touch with and I am immensely grateful to him. I have since put a couple of my friends in touch, and I have heard nothing but glowing feedback about him as well.
I have worked with Deverell Smith and Camilla Hayes over the past three years to find a number of senior staff. She has always executed to the brief given in a short time scale, and is a pleasure to work with. Deverell Smith are certainly experts in the sector and I will continue working with them.
Chelsea has done an amazing job in finding me the right opportunity at Keller Williams. After reviewing my initial application with Deverell Smith, Chelsea called me to find out exactly what I was after, asking all the right questions and taking the time to listen to my requirements. During my face to face interview with Chelsea, I felt that Chelsea really had a real passion and desire to match people to the right job, and that she wants to do the right thing.
What stands out about Chelsea is her genuine interest for people and her caring personality, her assertiveness without being pushy, her sharpness and communication skills.
I already recommended Chelsea to a friend of mine who is looking for the next move, as she is the ideal person to work with.
Well done Chelsea!
