We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our busy and growing team within the PRS department. The team manages various large portfolios across the UK for corporate clients. We are seeking an experienced individual to take over management of the existing portfolio as well as assist with the mobilisation of the pipeline stock.
The role requires experience with Property Management preferably dealing with corporate clients, excellent organisational and people management skills with the confidence to deal with key corporate clients. Showing a hands-on and proactive approach to the role.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of circa 140 properties across the UK
- Engaging with local agents for lettings requirements
- Being the first point of contact for Residents for any tenancy or maintenance related issues
- Working with the Tenancy Management & renewals team ensuring smooth tenancy onboarding
- Ensuring supplier invoices are processed and paid on time
- Organising mid-term inspections
- Dealing with deposit releases at the end of a tenancy
- Providing monthly reporting to clients and attending meetings in-person where required
Requirements
- Confident liaising with clients & residents via phone, email and letter
- Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of own workload
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and IT skills although previous knowledge of the property management software is not essential
- Previous experience of property management at a corporate level is desirable
- Experience within a customer focused environment
