Account Manager, London & Surrey
I am working on an exciting new role, the ideal candidate is an Estate Agent searching for their next adventure. The opportunity provides an excellent entry into a long established and growing firm where existing sales experience and techniques can be fully nurtured.
What's involved & who you are
You will be responsible for maintaining and building an existing account, you should be confident, approachable and adaptable as you will be solely representing the business. A strong understanding of the sales conveyancing arm of property is preferred as you will be working across multiple disciplines.
You should be a natural, warm and motivated person who can work well within a team environment and is able to demonstrate target deliverables. Being data driven with the ability to dissect trends and seize opportunities is vital to the role.
Diary management and organisation is crucial, you will be in charge of your working days and running your own schedule.
The expectation is to regularly meet and build stronger relationships with your clients with an expenses allocation.
This is a field based position where you will be regularly visiting your accounts and peers so a car is essential.
The small print
- Salary £35-£40k depending on experience
- £5k car allowance
- Bonus paid in two instalments through the calendar year
- OTE £50k plus
- 26 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Varying work pattern, Surrey, London and work from home
