Acquisition Manager

Do you want to work for a market leading SME Developer based in London as an Acquisition manager?

This well-funded developer is hiring due to ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new opportunities across London and Greater London.

This developer can demonstrate an impressive track record and pipeline.

The role

  • Reporting to the managing director
  • Site searching and identifying a variety of opportunities
  • Land appraisals, and viability and feasibility studies
  • Negotiating contracts and dealing with due diligence and Heads of Terms
  • Building relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders to seek on and off-market opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external consultants to get sites through planning.

Requirements

  • Existing network within London land market
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
  • Experience in direct approaches, off market deals, experience using software such as Molior and Land Insight etc
