Our client is a fast-moving Investment, development and advisory firm based in the heart of London. They have dedicated team that is fully equipped to manage a high volume of transactions and, as proprietors of our own property portfolio. They possess a thorough understanding of the nature of property transactions and the risks involved.
We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for acquisitions with great attention to detail. This will be working with a small team with a real passion for the industry. There will be ample networking opportunities andthey are a highly social company with multiple events organised throughout the year
The role
- Leading and coordinating the progression of transactions, following up with all involved parties on a regular basis from deal agreement through to completion.
- Responsible for corresponding with and dealing with enquiries from financial lenders and brokers to arrange finance for property acquisitions and re-finances.
- Liaising with agents and surveyors to ensure the company property rental portfolio meets legislative guidelines and is rented to the maximum income potential.
- Responsible for managing solicitors and other third parties alongside using CRM systems to track progression and correspondence.
- Ad Hoc project work.
Required Skills
- Min 2 years’ experience working in a property company with direct experience of working with Lenders and organising finance for property purchases
- Strong IT skills including MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Highly diligent with an attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and perfect writing skills
- Highly motivated to learn and contribute to the growth of a company
- Ability to work well under pressure
