Job Title: Administrator
Location: Oxford City Centre
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Friday, 9am to 4pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am to 3pm
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Must drive and own a car

Our client, a well-established and highly reputable estate agency based in the heart of Oxford City Centre, is looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team.
- Manage tenant inquiries, application processes, and tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating property listings and preparing promotional materials.
