My client is looking for an outstanding Customer Care Manager to play a key role in refining processes, overseeing defect inspections, and leading a team of dedicated coordinators and operatives. Your mission will be to elevate our customer service standards while ensuring efficiency and quality at every step.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in customer care working for a new homes developer
- Strong construction and house builder knowledge
- Expertise in streamlining processes and defect management
- Strong leadership skills and a knack for motivating teams
The Details:
- Up to £55k-£65k basic (depending on experience) + annual bonus
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- 1 day WFH
