Within this role you will work closely with the commercial director on their growing UK Investment and development portfolio. The role.

  • Responsibilities broken down in to 5 areas, Portfolio Analytics, Modelling/Reporting/Valuation, Annual Business planning, Systems and Presentations.
  • Designing and delivering a wide range of portfolio analytics to provide insights into our portfolio performance and key trends
  • Taking proactive ownership of asset level analysis, cash flow modelling and financial appraisals
  • Supporting Commercial Director year end valuations and investment returns forecasting
  • Co-ordination of Asset Managers throughout process
  • Maintaining live Argus files across assets
  • Designing presentations for the Board, Investment Committee and Asset Management team as required
  • Driving the financial analysis and modelling for the Annual Business Plans

Who are they looking for?

  • Strong quantitative and numerical skills with an analytical background
  • Advanced excel and modelling skills
  • Ability to design bespoke analysis, report and dashboards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with suppliers such as Experian and Capital Economics
  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and develop commercial skills
  • Over 2 years' post qualified experience working in a similar role within the property sector, preferably within a listed company or institutional investor
  • Educated to degree level, preferable in a related subject
