Do you want to work for a highly reputable Build to Rent operator in a key role during their growth in BTR, PRS & Single Family?
We are looking for a positive, strategic, energetic and motivated person, to join a dynamic team to help support the Asset Management function of an award winning operator.
Do you want a position that gives you a strategic overview of a nationwide portfolio?
This will include working closely with a team of property managers as well as site teams; implementing, engaging and analysing the success of asset management initiatives on all aspects of income enhancement, collection and value growth.
Do you want to be involved in new build mobilisations & lead client relationships?
You will need to be analytical, ideally have experience in the residential sectors (PRS/BtR), be aware of growing ESG needs and can demonstrate experience in understanding KPI's and reporting.
