I am working with a fantastic independent agent looking for a Lettings Manager to join them in a newly created role for the business. Established just over 15 years ago and located in a lovely refurbished office in Notting Hill, this agent specialise in Lettings Properties in Notting Hill, Bayswater, Kensington and Holland Park.
You will be managing a Lettings turnover of approximately £400k whilst the owners of the business focus on growing the Sales arm of the company. Supported by two fabulous Lettings & Sales Negotiators, and the office dog.
Hours re Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-3pm.
