I'm working with an independent estate agency who are looking for new talent to join their lettings coordination team. With 3 offices currently but soon to be many more, now really is the time to join their family and be part of their growth. They pride themselves on their great work ethic but ability to have fun at the same time. They are keen to promote internally and support progression within their business and help develop new skills in a variety of roles. The main focus for recruitment is personality and willingness to learn - property industry is desirable but not essential.

What you'll do:

  • Arranging and facilitating all pre tenancy compliance for the let only portfolio
  • Accommodate tenancy move in's ensuring a seamless journey for both clients and tenants.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Co-ordinating all end of tenancies for the let only portfolio
  • Responding to any general tenancy questions and Queries
  • Oversee all advisory compliance for the non- managed portfolio
  • Execution of legal documentation
  • Oversee all deposit protections
  • Completing all renewal extensions and associated paperwork
  • Co-ordinating the termination process and ensure correct documentation is provided to both landlord and tenants.
  • Arranging deposit releases
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and be discretionary at all times
  • General Adhoc admin duties

What you'll have

  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience working in a busy agency.
  • Has shown excellent organisational skills in a busy Professional environment
  • Manage a varied and complex workload
  • PC literate with experience in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically including Excel and Outlook.
  • knowledge of Jupix, although not essential
  • Time flexible and proven experience with working as part of a busy team that is driven to provide excellent customer services externally and internally
  • Exceptional attention to detail
