Job title: Building Assistant - Student accommodation - WEEKENDS OFF!
Salary: £24,974 p/a
Location: Kings Cross
Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 12:30pm - 20:30pm
I'm Partnered a student accommodation company that is looking for a building assistant to join an ambitious, thriving and professional company with a true innovative spirit, located in heart of London.
The business original started in 2009 and has grown quickly. With exciting projects in the pipeline they are looking to double in size in the next 3-4 years. We're ambitious, our Mission is to achieve 10,000 beds by 2025.

The Role:
* Process post and parcel delivers using their system
* Conduct post audits when required
* Manage the RTS (Return to sender) system
* Support our stakeholders in parcel management
* Working with the property team to minimise "lost parcels" and manage lost parcel process
* Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate
* Working with your other colleagues from the Customer Support, Maintenance and Night Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for our residents, 24/7.
* Carry out specific training to help you in your role and to acquire new skills including full training on our bespoke systems and processes.
* Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe.
* Ensure the office and parcel areas are kept clear, tidy and organised.
* You'll be carrying out checks and building walks - logging all your observations on an iPad.
