Business Development Consultant - Hackney

This is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on the estate agency world. This office is within an independent agency based across the East London market and surrounding areas.
The day-to-day role of a BD consultant would be to generate new appointments for the rest of the team. The main focus would usually be on valuation appointments, this would be done by calling old landlords, vendors, and buyers utilising the existing database.
Once the appointment is booked the BD consultant simply moves onto the next prospect. Of course some may require more touch points that others to get the appointment. Alongside valuation bookings, the BD consultant would also have the task of generating new viewings from an existing database.
Prospecting, Touting and Canvassing are always a key part of any estate agency business and on the days that the database has been utilised you maybe asked to help generate appointments by canvassing.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £20,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £35,000. There is no need to drive with this position, and working pattern is five day working weeks Monday to Friday.
