deverellsmith are seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of a market leader in the selling of state of the art products and technology in the real estate industry. You will be working with a large client base within the Residential and Commercial Estate sector around Ireland, south Wales and the south west.
This position would suit a self-starting, new business oriented B2B sales specialist with an understanding of the great opportunities within the rapidly expanding Real Estate industry.
Who are you?
- The successful applicant will have a track record of success in new business and account management focused solution sales within the Residential block Sector.
- You will be a skilled communicator with impeccable verbal and written English with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit a variety of levels.
- You'll have an interest or previous background working in proptech, FM, business communication or a related field
- You will be commercially focused with a solid grasp of marketing strategies and over-arching business objectives.
