Deverellsmith are partnering with a leading prop tech business within the residential sectors (PBSA, BTR, Co-Living). You will be a key member of the sales team finding opportunities and leads to service client needs. JOB SUMMARY:
Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts with the goal to ultimately meet or exceed a Sales Quota.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating product benefits to prospective clients
- Track and update prospect information in a Sales CRM
- Meet prospect quota (TBD)
- Meet sales quota (TBD)
- Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and timely and published to appropriate parties
- Training clients as required
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve processes
- Research competitors
- Resolve client complaints / support issues
- Additional duties or functions consistent with the overall position responsibilities as may be required
