To provide support to the Lettings Branches in line with company business objectives for the division
To actively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the department by providing support to the team and our customers in all aspects of the day to day business operations
Maintain accurate financial records for clients in the property lettings sector.
Handle rental income, expenses, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
Assist in tax planning and ensure timely tax filings.
Collaborate with property managers and landlords to address financial concerns.
Conduct financial analysis to optimize clients' rental property income.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and accounting standards.
Excellent organisational skills and methodical approach
Experience & knowledge in a similar role
