About you:

This role has a strong emphasis on a customer centric mindset, based on empathy, strong listening skills and trust. The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential sector with strong experience in CRM systems and demonstrate great communication and people management skills.

Key accountabilities:

  • Deliver growth and sales targets by delivering against the role holder's individual sales target and through successfully understanding and presenting the whole proposition.

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

  • Build and promote healthy, long-lasting relations with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and key influencers.
