Job description
I am working with an International Property brand who are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join their team. The purpose of this role is to help increase the level of Sales and Lettings enquiries for the UK, New Homes and international teams.
The team is currently made up of 3 colleagues and an experienced Manager who prides himself on mentoring those who are keen to learn and have a strong work ethic.
A typical day includes:
- Developing relationships with the offices and teams
- Provide inbound/outbound support to our front offices and help gain market share
- Liaising with potential clients on the phone to book in market appraisals
- Being proactive and using your own initiative to generate new business from the database and other methods
