Are you an experienced Site Manager who has experience managing refurbishments and conversions of residential projects in London?
deverellsmith have partnered with a forward thinking, progressive company with over 40 years of running successful property portfolios. Though they continue to expand in size, they retain their family feel and have very little staff turnover.
Their projects consist mostly of residential refurbishments and new builds of luxury apartments, or high-end conversions of office to residential. Typical contract values range from c. £3m to £40m, and include basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs.

Experience:
- Willing to undertake necessary training and development.
- Background/Experience
- Site Managers with 5/6 years of experience as no.1 on site, as well as stable careers working on various high end residential refurbishment and new build projects.
- Absolutely must have experience of delivering luxury refurbishment and conversions.
- MRICS or CIOB qualified preferable

Rewards
- £55,000-£65,000
