Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be part of their growing customer services team, operating across numerous regions. You will be progressing defects, supporting the customer throughout their warranty period, and remain their main point of contact.
The Details:
- £29k- £33k
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

The Role:
- You will be diagnosing and progressing defects
- Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
- Booking and coordinating jobs for engineers
- Ensuring works are fully completed within suitable time frames
- Ensure a full and comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
- Uphold a friendly & professional telephone manner
- Confidently use CRM systems
