Fancy working in the world of high-end new build property customer service?

New Homes Customer Service Coordinator

Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. They do offer some agile working so coordinators can chose to work 7-4 or 9-6pm

Location: North West London

Pay: £30k - £35k + £8k Bonus

As a New Homes Customer Service Coordinator you will:

* Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.

* Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.

* Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
