Our well-established client is looking for a reliable, organised, and approachable Customer Service Executive. You will assist residents throughout their 2-year defect and warranty period, in their new luxury properties. You will remain their main point of contact for any maintenance or building issue. You will have excellent attention to detail, operate with an exceptionally professional manner and deliver a premium service.

- Up to £33k basic salary + bonus
- Monday- Friday
- 8am-5pm

The Role:
- Be the main point of contact for customers, and all sub-contractors.
- Ensure that all reported defects are dealt with in a cost-effective & timely manner
- Keep records of all defects and up to date
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Escalate complex issues & reoccurring complaints to your line manager
- Uphold customer satisfaction as your absolute priority
