Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: North West London
Salary: Up to £26,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Sat) with Saturdays on rotation (1 in 2) and a day off in lieu during the week.

Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our client's organisation, responsible for front desk activities, receptionist duties, administration tasks, and maintaining a strong customer service focus. This includes handling phone enquiries, managing emails, overseeing parcel logistics, and ensuring a warm welcome to all visitors. The role is diverse, involving tasks from assisting residents with heating systems to helping them organise services like dog walking.
Person Fit: Our client is looking for an individual who is lively, bubbly, and enjoys a fun work environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as is a love for dogs (there are many in the building). The ideal candidate will have Front of House experience, which could be in retail, hospitality, estate agency, or a hotel. The client is open to considering graduates with customer service experience.
Ideals:
- Experience in property-related roles (estate agency admin, Build to Rent admin/front desk, etc.).
- Interest in transitioning to the Lettings side - potential for role development.
- Local candidates preferred - familiarity with the area is beneficial.
- Enthusiastic about entering the property industry.
