Job description
As Development Manager, you will have responsibility for the progression and delivery of this new boutique, quasi-hotel style development. These are more than a hotel or any Airbnb! Imagine home away from home - choose to stay for 1 night or 1 year! A new concept in the hospitality sector, combining a sense of home with hotel style services, at the touch of an app.
A new asset has been acquired, and this is a fantastic opportunity to run a scheme completely from inception to completion - whilst the concept has obviously been underpinned, you will have the main decisions around the design, delivery and appointment of all professional teams and contracts.
Ideally you will have hotel, hospitality, and or high end residential experience, and also ideally have seen a scheme through to it being operational so that you have an appreciation of these aspects.
UK experience is essential, and it's preferable than you have a development related qualification, and are comfortable in particular on commercials and are happy to work at pace.
