Job Title: Estate Agent Property Manager

Location: North London

Salary: up to £40,000

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in property management or estate agency

We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Agent Property Manager to join a great Estate Agency in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service, and maximising rental income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with legal requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Conducting regular property inspections and producing detailed reports for landlords.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes, arranging site visits, and ensuring timely completion.
• Managing service charge budgets, including monitoring income and expenditure, producing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Responding to queries and complaints from tenants and landlords and ensuring timely resolution.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management or estate agency.
• Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• A good understanding of property maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
