A rare and super special opportunity has become available in Hertfordshire with one of our most forward-thinking clients in the Home Counties. We are looking to speak with experienced New Homes Sales Consultants with passion and flair, who can start in the first week of February a can confident launch and new scheme.

Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, looking to take their next step up and run this development on their own. The development is based in stunning Stevenage, Hertfordshire. 

 

This is a GREAT way to start your New Year, working for a creative and well-reputed house-builder who is rapidly growing in the Hertfordshire, North Home Counties patch. Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and sell.   

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a close-knit, family run business on a temp to perm basis. Please note, there may also be an opportunity for you to go permanent as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further. 

What will you bring?

Job Requirements:

  • Early February start date... short notice period
  • 3+ years New Homes sales experience is critical
  • Well presented with exceptional people skills
  • Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development
  • Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
  • Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers 
  • Assume responsibility for resolving customer’s issues efficiently
  • Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion 
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners 
  • Liaising with various agents and international buyers 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
