A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced, sales driven New Homes Sales Consultant who is available immediately on a short term contract local to Gatwick Airport. This development consists of various house types which gives you a variety of stock to work with. They are experiencing an extremely busy period on the lead up to Christmas, our client is looking for a dedicated, experienced Sales Advisor to support the sales team through to Christmas (in a quick and efficient manner).
You will spend the majority of your working week with 1 other Sales Consultant but there will be times where you will lone work- therefore to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in new build along with a proven background in hitting your sales targets. This opportunity offers a fantastic hourly rate (depending on experience). You will be required up to 1 month.
You must have a minimum of 3 year's experience within New Homes sales or a background in Estate Agency + strong IT skills!
Key Responsibilities:
• Selling the remaining units on site
• Maintain an impeccable marketing suite
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, responding to any issues or concern.
