Job description

The position with its varied focus, provides the chosen candidate with a role unlike other Financial Controller positions in the market. Within one of the fastest growing assets classes, this role will be working closely with the Commercial Finance Director to help the business realise its full potential.

The role consists of the following key duties:

  • Management of an outsourced finance team and an in-house coordinator
  • Oversight of the Group annual budget and forecasting process, including reporting and presentation
  • Collaboration within the New Business team to monitor any strategic risk within the company
  • Lead the external audit process for the Company and support the wider group audit
  • Monitoring control over the treasury process, AP function and client accounts
  • Reporting and management of the Group Statutory, Corporate and Tax compliance

  • You must be a qualified accountant with at least years PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Prior real estate experience is essential for this position

  • Strong communication skills
  • Track record of working with stakeholders from a financial and non-financial background
