Financial Controller

The role consists of the following key duties:

• Management of an outsourced finance team and an in-house coordinator
• Oversight of the Group annual budget and forecasting process, including reporting and presentation
• Collaboration within the New Business team to monitor any strategic risk within the company
• Lead the external audit process for the Company and support the wider group audit
• Monitoring control over the treasury process, AP function and client accounts
• Reporting and management of the Group Statutory, Corporate and Tax compliance

• You must be a qualified accountant with at least years PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Prior real estate experience is essential for this position

• Strong communication skills
• Track record of working with stakeholders from a financial and non-financial background
