Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Salary: Up to £55,000

Location: London

We are representing an award-winning mixed-use property developer in the UK and Ireland, most famous for one of Europe's largest and most exciting transformation projects. In this project, they have already delivered thousands of homes, shops, offices, restaurants, hotels, and cultural venues, as well as supported a growing community of residents and workers.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified or a finalist with good knowledge of accounting principles, and financial and commercial multi-currency reporting.


Key Responsibilities (Not limited to) :

- Improve operational reporting requirements

- Assist with budget, quarterly forecasts, and ad-hoc scenarios

- Develop and maintain reporting packs

- Collaborate with the business to ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Analyse key business lines across leasing, operations, and facilities management

- Support the FP&A manager in ensuring all inputs into the financial model are current


The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Qualified or part-qualified accountants with over 1 year of experience in reporting, planning, and business partnering

- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail abilities

- Team player capable of building effective working relationships across all company levels

- Proficient in Excel and financial modelling

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
