Job description

Do you want to work in a role where you will have significant exposure to leading senior stakeholders within the industry? Due to growth across their European investment portfolio, they are seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

The position is a hybrid mixture of FP&A, Commercial Finance and Finance Business Partnering. Due to the nature of the business, this role will play a pivotal position in assisting the asset management, development and investment functions.

The role has the following key duties:

  • Spearhead delivery of budget inputs and the five-year business plan, including quarterly forecasting
  • Own the financial modelling around leasing assumptions
  • Working with local teams, challenge leasing data when necessary
  • Prepare budget pack and analysis for shareholders to review
  • Provide new analysis to lead commercial insight and decisions
  • Support the drive to improve systems and processes
  • Management of one FP&A Analyst

The position requires someone that possess strong FP&A / Commercial Finance experience but also can communicate clearly with senior stakeholder partners outside of the finance function. They are looking for somebody with the following skills and experience:

  • ACA / CIMA qualified with significant PQE
  • UK FP&A / Commercial Finance experience is a prerequisite for this position
  • Advanced modelling skills combined with strong quantitative analytical skills
  • Experience business partnering with non-finance stakeholders in previous roles is essential
  • Previous exposure to Anaplan or Tableau would be preferable
  • Real estate experience would be strongly preferred but not essential
