Job Title: GM BTR



Location: Leatherhead



Salary: £50K - £55K



Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Role Overview:

As the Neighbourhood Manager, you're the driving force behind an exceptional resident experience. Leading the Relationship Manager team, you'll ensure our residents have the freedom to live their best lives. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards, fostering innovation, and making impactful decisions to enhance our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and value retention.
  • Team Development: Build and inspire a high-performing team to deliver the Get Living Promise.
  • Customer Experience: Resolve escalated issues, lead quality audits, and ensure top-tier service.
  • Community Engagement: Actively plan and deliver local events, forging strong community ties.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with commercial operators, estate management, and retail teams to create a vibrant neighbourhood.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Leadership experience with a strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and property maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related systems (e.g., Yardi/RentCafe).
  • Excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and resilient under pressure.
