Job description

Job Role Details: 

As the General Manager you will supervise the maintenance staff including external contractors and suppliers performing work on the property and the front of house team.

You will work directly with senior management to accurately create, prepare and convey all operational and financial data, identify property goals and objectives and develop yearly forecasts and budgets.

A key part of your role is ensuring that you deliver a first class customer service experience through your confident communication style. Furthermore we are advocates of ‘continual improvement' and so we would welcome the opportunity for someone to come in and look to improve our processes and services, streamlining and improving efficiencies where possible.

Person Specification: 

For this role you will be managing a team, previous supervisory skills are necessary as well as the ability to motivate and empower your staff members. The ideal person will demonstrate a supportive and innovative approach along with a positive team spirit.

Ideally you will have considerable experience working within a ‘KPI and target driven environment.  Due to client-focussed nature of the role you will work closely with the wider business team and have the ability to build strong relationships through your excellent communications skills. You will also have the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance all aspects and functions of the business.
