We have a fantastic new role for an experienced Building Manager who wants to take ownership of one of our client's flagship rental properties. Our client is a successful property services company that deals exclusively with portfolio clients, owning blocks of apartments ranging from 20 units to 200+. This is an exciting chance to work in a role that offers the autonomy to deliver optimal performance and take charge of day-to-day operations.
Working in collaboration with the Head of Property Management and Client's Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a premier residential building. From tenancy management to building management, you will ensure the optimal performance of the property. The role requires someone with previous building management experience and preferably ARLA or IRPM qualifications.
In this role, you will enjoy a variety of duties and responsibilities, including ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, management of possession proceedings, credit control support, and responding to tenancy queries via email, phone, website enquiry, etc. You will also be responsible for line managing site staff, managing end of tenancy processes, processing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
