Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and present at viewings, launches, and property events.
  • Support sales and customer care teams with enquiries, sales leads, and customer updates.
  • Manage site visits for surveyors, deliveries, and other necessary activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the strong Pocket brand.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in new or affordable homes is a plus but not essential.
