Head of Build to Rent

Our client, a nationwide BTR operator, are searching for a Head of Build to Rent to lead the next part of their expansion.

You will join a very well-established senior team that is growing on their management and consultancy parts of the business.

You will be leading their Built to Rent strategy and be their build to rent 'go to' person; lead on improving BTR systems and processes; support consultancy bids and provide insight into the BTR market in the local area; review and propose innovative improvements to the BTR systems and customer journey.
