The Head of Business Development will be joining our client; one of the most prestigious and industry-leading property management firms in London.

This role will be working with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and requires someone who can attend conferences, summits and events to gain insight on potential areas for new business on behalf of the firm.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to join our clients team with their existing strong network of contacts within this space.

As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, fostering relationships with UHNW individuals, and expanding the client base.

This position requires a proven track record in business development, exceptional networking abilities, UHNW experience, and a strong educational background.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target prospective UHNW clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored property management solutions that align with client needs.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and social gatherings to represent the firm and establish meaningful connections within the UHNW community.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on property management solutions and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and emerging industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the UHNW sector, preferably in property management or a related field.
- A strong network of UHNW individuals and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Educated to degree level, providing a solid foundation of education and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive business growth and close deals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
