Head of Finance

Responsibilities include:

· Assume responsibility for the accounting of the UK subsidiaries of the Group

· Produce management accounts, forecasts and information monitoring the various aspects of the Company's performance within the specified timescales

· Produce statutory accounts and provide statutory returns for tax, VAT, CIS and other regulatory authorities for legal entities in the UK France, Luxembourg (and other country locations as the company grows)

· Liaising with external auditors

· Manage all inter-company transfers and reconciliations

· Liaise with outsourced payroll provider on starters/ leavers, changes in employment conditions Income tax / NI rates and other matters that arise

· Weekly cash flow forecasting

· Sole responsiblity for HMRC and tax returns

· Liaise with outsourced Tax advisors to produce the annual Tax return

· Maintain a fixed asset register and safeguard the assets of the company

· Experience on YARDI system is very advantageous

· Ensure that accounting policies comply with relevant accounting standards and that group policies are followed
