Head of Lettings, Mayfair
Deverellsmith are exclusively appointed to source a dynamic, motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to set up a lettings operation in a currently sales only business.
The ideal candidate should have a complete knowledge of all lettings protocol and will have ideally worked in zones 1 and 2 with a strong understand of the prime London market.
The role
This is a constantly evolving position and requires somebody with an entrepreneurial flair and ambition to make it their own. You will be organising and implementing strategies and structures to build your landlord portfolio, you must be pro active, engaging and self motivating.
This is suitable for somebody who wants to work independently and perhaps has worked as a broker or wishes to break free from standard agency. You will be structuring your working week, mapping your clients and incorporating current clients and leads into your business development plan.
You will work hard to build relationships with building owners, concierge, developers and landlords alike to increase the companies presence within the area. As an independent lettings manager you will have free reign to work over various premium London postcodes.
The package
- A bespoke salary depending experience - a generous guaranteed salary for six months and a basic salary and commission thereafter.
- Hours 9am-6pm Monday - Friday
- 24 days holiday
- Located in serviced building in Marylebone
