This division of the business is in the exciting early stages where your impression will be felt and you will reap the financial rewards of rapid growth but you will have the security and backing of an impressive brand!
The Role:
- You will be working with a team with over 20 years experience in Prime London Markets, under their guidance you can grow your team and elevate your career.
- You will be responsible for pitching and winning business from developers, relationships building and networking is a large proportion of this role.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team are consistently hitting targets, this includes everything from recruitment and training of the team to coordinating the incentives!
About you:
- You will be a high-achiever, looking to make your mark on the New Homes industry.
- You will have a black book of contacts in the industry that you can leverage to bring on business.
- You will be motivated to forge a long career within the business, you won't need micromanaging!
- You will have exceptional knowledge of the New Homes market and you will be experienced in running a team!
The Benefit:
- You will be left to work very autonomously, you can take control of your own working schedule.
- Your first years earnings will be circa £80k which will significantly increase each year.
- There are share options available for the successful candidate!
