deverellsmith has partnered exclusively with a prestigious London developer seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the successful delivery of their existing portfolio and drive forward an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects.

The Role


As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Oversee and drive sales for existing residential developments.
  • Develop and execute detailed Sales and Marketing strategies for both UK and international markets.
  • Successfully launch developments domestically and through overseas offices.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leading global agents to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Manage, train, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Consult on new development opportunities, ensuring maximum viability for domestic and international markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the property market to expand the companies portfolio.

The Person

  • Proven track record of managing multiple new home sites in and around London.
  • Extensive experience working directly for a residential developer.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for property sales and market expansion.

This is a Monday to Friday office based position, the salary bracket is £75,000 to £85,000 basic salary with a bonus and travel allowance on top.
