International Sales – Large Regional Developer 

Deverell Smith are working closely with a very large regional developer who are looking for an International Sales Consultant to join their successful team on their expansion plans. 

The core of the role will be to manage the international sales market which will include selling directly to international investors as well and liaising with agents and introducers. You will be expected to organise and manage international events both overseas and here in the UK and it is important you have had experience doing this previously. You will be required to build relationships with introducers and agents to achieve sales targets set and maximise revenue across all developments. 

 

The role will involve: 

· Assisting the Sales and Marketing Director as well as the wider team to create and implement Marketing strategies to drive sales across the sites. 

· Co-ordinate and attend launches and promotional events for developments. 

· Work towards targets for each scheme that is considered for sale internationally, ensuring reservation, completion, exchange and sales targets are hit and exceeded where possible 

· Prepare and provide sales reports on performance and plans. 

· Assist with the marketing for international sales events and attend meetings on this where needed 

· Present to all potential buyers/investors and overseas marketing events and provide ad hoc support where needed for marketing events and launches. 

· Manage agents and ensure they are well informed on all developments and motivated to sell 

· Ensure that the reporting of the weekly sales figures are accurate and meet all deadlines. 

To be considered for this role you must: 

· Have significant experience working for a House Builder or an agent which manages new homes in an International role. 

· Be Sales motivated and driven to reach all targets. 

· Highly organised and has exceptional customer service. 

· Able to travel as and when required by the company 

 

What the role is offering: 

· Up to £35,000 basic with an OTE of £70,000 +
