Junior New Homes Sales Negotiator

Are you an estate agent, or experienced in the property industry and want to get into the world of New Homes Sales?

We are acting on behalf of a traditional styled house builder who are growing exponentially across Kent. Their objective as a boutique house builder is to provide beautiful country-styled homes with a quirky modern twist!

This organisation has excellent company culture, with a vibrant dynamic team who like to "work hard, play hard!"

As they have so much growth in the pipeline for developments around Kent - with three sites launching in the next 9 months within a 10 mile radius, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team!

The successful candidate will have:

• Property experience is essential
• Proven Sales experience with targets is essential
• Capable of lone-working on occasion
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Proficient IT skills
• UK Drivers licence - as you may have to travel to other nearby sites.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accompanied viewings with applicants, speak with regularly and continue building ongoing relationships.
• Ensure compliance and administration is proficiently updated.
• Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
• Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
• Assume responsibility for resolving customer's issues efficiently
• Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
• Build and maintain notable rapport with clients and customers.
