Land & Investment manager

Land buyer/manager to join a growing Land & Investment Team in a market facing role, with a focus on site identification, appraisal, and purchase of the development pipeline across London and the Southeast. The role is paying up to £60k + bonus + benefits.

This well-funded developer is hiring due to ambitious growth plans. A fantastic opportunity for someone to learn and develop whilst you play a key role in the Land & Investment team.

The developer can demonstrate an impressive track record of acquiring land and building some of London's most iconic mixed-use developments.

The role

  • Reporting to Head of Land Acquisition
  • Market facing land role
  • Screening initial opportunities
  • Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, legal technical and financial appraisals
  • Running feasibility studies including running design team consultants
  • Drafting Investment Memorandums / Investment Committee Reports
  • Tracking public procurement opportunities
  • Ongoing project tracking and pipeline feasibility studies for the existing land bank
  • Land assembly

What you need

  • Working knowledge of Argus Developer
  • Existing network within London land market
  • Numerically literate with a commercial focus
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
