Land & Investment manager
Land buyer/manager to join a growing Land & Investment Team in a market facing role, with a focus on site identification, appraisal, and purchase of the development pipeline across London and the Southeast. The role is paying up to £60k + bonus + benefits.

The developer can demonstrate an impressive track record of acquiring land and building some of London's most iconic mixed-use developments.
The role
- Reporting to Head of Land Acquisition
- Market facing land role
- Screening initial opportunities
- Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, legal technical and financial appraisals
- Running feasibility studies including running design team consultants
- Drafting Investment Memorandums / Investment Committee Reports
- Tracking public procurement opportunities
- Ongoing project tracking and pipeline feasibility studies for the existing land bank
- Land assembly
What you need
- Working knowledge of Argus Developer
- Existing network within London land market
- Numerically literate with a commercial focus
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
