To become the best sales leader you can be, you need a bigger scope.

Your challenge

This will be bigger than anything you've done before.

You'll lead and represent a division, internally and externally, at a senior level.

You will take full responsibility for and deliver effective leasing for one of the largest build to rent neighbourhoods in the UK.

Reporting into the Director, you'll be a key member of the team and be pivotal in maximising the performance of your team.

Your head office is based in Stratford. You'll be a highly visible presence within the business, and across the wider industry.

About you

You will have 5+ years' experience minimum of operating as a Leasing Manager, and have a track record in driving high performance teams in either BTR or the wider real estate industry.

You will be a champion of developing and managing a strong customer and sales driven culture!
